Eventually, all stakeholders in airport space will be able to use the identity managed by the IMP to recognise passengers and provide them with appropriate services before, during and after their journey.
Dual objectives for the Identity Management Platform (IMP)
- Automation: to automate travellers' journeys and reduce the stops associated with repetitive identity checks at an airport to create a continuous flow of traffic.
- Interoperability: the IMP, the main pillar of the One ID concept of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), aims to achieve system interoperability between airports, airlines and governments, whilst maintaining a high level of security by relying on biometric recognition.
The IMP manages the life cycle and use of a temporary digital identity that includes travellers' biometric, biographical and travel data to automate their passage through the various checkpoints.
- Passenger recognition at every point of contact
- System flexibility
- Adaptation to your processes
Our Identity Management Platform (IMP) solution makes it possible to:
Identify passengers at each point of contact during their journey
Automate processes to improve efficiency
Rely on our material and technological solutions – eGate, Kiosk, Totem, pre-screening and boarding gates – to make passengers' journeys smoother with improved reliability
Respect personal data: the information used to create the Digital Travel Credential or token is destroyed at the end of the passenger's journey
