The Executive Committee analyzes the Group’s performance and results, determines the actions that need to be implemented in order to reach the goals that have been fixed and manages the Group’s operations.

Didier Trutt CEO
Didier Trutt was appointed CEO in September 2009. Didier Trutt has had an industrial and international career.
He joined Thomson in 1984 and held a variety of positions in South-East Asia and in France. In 2004 he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He was a director of Videocom, an Indian firm, from 2006 to 2009, of TCL, a Chinese industrial group, from 2005 to 2007, and has been appointed director of NEXTER since 2011, of CTP since 2012 and of the Française des Jeux since 2014. He has also been a French Foreign Trade Advisor since 1992.
Didier Trutt graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieur of Saint-Étienne, France.
Patrick Montliaud Executive Vice President Business Unit e-Documents
Patrick Montliaud joined the Imprimerie Nationale in 2009.
Prior to this, Patrick Montliaud had been with Thales and Thomson, working in the field of B-to-B professional systems. He held a wide variety of positions in management, sales management and subsidiary management in France and abroad.
Patrick Montliaud graduated as a civil engineer from the Ecole des Mînes.
Agnès Diallo Executive Vice-President - Services Branch
Agnès Diallo was, since 2016, Director in charge of performance and operational transformation projects for Atos, focused on the digital transformation of Atos and its customers in France and abroad. Previously, she worked for service companies in the high-tech, industrial and public sector.
Agnès Diallo graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), ESSEC Business School and Harvard University.
Philippe Patrice Executive Vice President Business Unit e-Components
Philippe Patrice started his career at Gemplus, where he held different management positions in advanced R & D.
Founding member of SPS, he held from 2003 various positions in sales management and R & D, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Philippe Patrice is engineer in Microelectronics from the Ecole Polytechnique de Marseille.
Yann Haguet Director Business Unit Identity & Biometrics Solutions
Before helding the Business Unit Identity & Biometrics Solutions since May 2017, Yann Haguet managed the identity management activity within the Thales group since 2011. Previously, he was also a member of the Thales Group, which he joined in 2000, he assumed the management of several export programs for Transport projects before becoming Director of “Integrated Monitoring Systems for Transport” since 2007.
Yann Haguet has both an engineering degree from INSA Rennes and SUPELEC.
Michaël Zafrany Executive Vice President Industrial Operations
Michael Zafrany joined SPS in 2009.
During his career at Gemalto and then Thales, he held various management responsibilities in the areas of research and development, product management, business strategy and leadership.
Michael Zafranyis a doctor engineer from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) and holds an MBA from HEC Executive.
Fabio Tremolada General Manager of SURYS
With 22 years of experience in the security industry, Fabio held management positions at Centro Grafico DG in Italy, he was Technical Director of Hologram Industries in France, President and "Chief Executive Officer" of SecureMark in the USA and Director of various departments within SICPA in Switzerland. He joined SURYS in June 2017 as Managing Director.
Fabio holds a Masters in Physical Sciences from the University of Milan and an Executive MBA from IMD.
Bruno Chappert Executive Vice President Business Unit e-Services & Systems
Bruno Chappert joined the Imprimerie Nationale in 2011.
During his international career, including the United States, - in Thales, then PRTM, IBM and Thomson - Bruno Chappert held various management responsibilities in the areas of systems development, Supply Chains management, information systems implementation and organizational changes.
Bruno Chappert is graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
Arnaud Boussemart Executive Vice President Finance & Administration
Arnaud joined the Imprimerie Nationale in 2014.
Arnaud began his professional career in the industrial world within Lafarge Aluminates in Paris and Tokyo before pursuing his career in audit and financial consulting within Mazars in 1998. Partner at Mazars, he founded and runned the Tokyo office for 12 years, and supported its development while returning to France in 2009. From 2013-2014, he held several positions in financial management and consulting.
Arnaud Boussemart is graduated from Skema Business School in Lille and holds a Master in Strategy and International Marketing from the Management School (EM) of Lyon.
Frédérique Durand Executive Vice President Human Resources
Frédérique Durand joined the Imprimerie Nationale in January 2014.
She has had an international career in industrial and high-tech worldwide companies, where she held Social Relations and Human Resources high management positions.
Frédérique Durand is graduated in business law and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations (Paris II – CIFFOP).
Antoine Paoli Corporate Secretary
Antoine Paoli a rejoint l’Imprimerie nationale en 1987 en charge des investissements et du projet de construction d’une nouvelle usine qu’il dirigera jusqu’en 1998.
He was manager of the production plant until 1998 and of the Istra subsidiary until 2004. He joined Head Office in 2004 to manage the industrial part of the company's restructuring plan. He was appointed Secretary General in 2008.
Antoine Paoli graduated from the Ecole Centrale Nantes and holds a Master in Company Management from the IFG. He is currently attending a Master course in dematerialization and electronic archiving at the Ecole des Mines in Paris.
Romain Galesne-Fontaine Director of Institutional Relations and External Communication
Romain Galesne-Fontaine joined the Imprimerie Nationale in 2015.
Previously Director Public Affairs within a consulting firm in strategy, he led various missions in the areas of cyber security and digital trust. He also held responsibilities in Cabinet and Parliament (National Assembly).
Romain Galesne-Fontaine is graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris.
